Good walks start with room to breathe.
Let’s Paws Together brings dog owners from Ericeira and Mafra together for relaxed walks by the sea, through the forest and along open trails.
We keep groups small, walk at an easy pace and let each dog choose how close to come. Nobody expects a perfect introduction—we are simply there to enjoy the walk together.

We keep them small, calm and low-pressure.

They can walk with the group without greeting or playing.
We do not rush
We walk steadily and leave plenty of time to sniff and settle.

Where we walk
Beach, forest or open trail.
Routes change with the weather and the dogs joining that day. Expect wide beaches, open trails, quiet forest paths and occasional cliff walks with views worth slowing down for.

Bring a leash and come walk
Bring water, bags and a secure leash. A long line can be useful on some beach routes.
Not sure your dog will enjoy it?
They do not have to meet the other dogs.
Your dog does not need to be outgoing. They do need to be vaccinated, on a secure leash and able to move safely with the group—even if that means hanging back.
Tell us before the walk if your dog is shy or reactive. We can leave more space and help you choose where to start.
